SEO Guide: How to Install Roblox Studio for Beginners

Roblox Studio is the official free development tool used to make Roblox games. If you want to create your own Roblox obby, simulator, adventure game, tycoon, roleplay map, or custom experience, Roblox Studio is where you begin.

Installing Roblox Studio is the first step in learning Roblox game development. Once installed, you can use Roblox Studio to place parts, build maps, add objects, create scripts, test your game, and eventually publish your game to Roblox.

For beginners, the most important thing is not to learn everything at once. Roblox Studio includes many tools, windows, menus, and settings, but you only need a few basics to get started. This course is designed to help new Roblox creators learn one step at a time, starting with installation and setup.

After Roblox Studio is installed, your next goal is to become comfortable with the interface. That means learning how to move around the workspace, use the Explorer and Properties panels, place parts, and test your game. Those skills will be covered in the next lessons.

If your goal is to build your first Roblox game from scratch, start with this episode, complete the worksheet, and then continue through the course in order.
